Returns Policy
A request to return or exchange item(s) may be made within 5 days of delivery for products that eligible for returns/exchange. You may request for a return authorization by email and if approved, items may be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving approval/authorization.
GraceMd may bear the cost of shipping returns caused by our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
The Buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling cost of returned items that are not as a result of our error and the original shipping cost paid when an item was ordered is non-refundable.
There will be a 30% restocking fee charged for Returns or exchanges (with exception of returns due to our error). If a buyer cancels an order because they changed their minds before an order is processed, a 3.5% payment gateway change will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a buyer requests a return because they no longer want the product ordered for whatever reason, a 30% restocking fee, in addition to the original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be issued as an instore credit or refunded at the discretion of GraceMd
Should a buyer reject their order at delivery from shipping company, without prior authorization from GraceMd, the buyer will be charged 35% restocking, shipping and handling fees.
Prducts Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges/Refund: Include but not limited to these: Intimate apparels such as bras, panties, swim wears, adhesive accessories, adhesive prostheses, headwear, silicone breast forms,foam breast forms, fiber breast forms and all After Mastectomy/ surgical bras and items on sale are not eligible for credit, refund, return or exchange, except it is a proven defective product, we can exchange it.
You should expect to receive your exchanged items within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to reship the exchange item you have requested (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
In all return or exchange cases, we either send you the same style that is not defective or exchange with another product of equal value.
InStore Pickup: Instore pick-up is available to clients who live within our store location.
No Exchange /Returns /Refund is allowed at the time of pickup, unless a previous authorization has been granted.
Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled by client after payment has been processed by a third party company, unless there is an agreed error on order. If client insists on cancelling order after processing payment, client will be responsible for the charges associated with the payment processing.
Order cancellation due to out of stock products will be fully refunded by GraceMd and no processing fee will be charged to client's card at refund.
Shipping- Loss or Damaged Goods Policy
GraceMd responsibility for items ceases when the shipping company accepts package. Thereafter, the shipping company assumes responsibility for items in their possession.
Buyer is responsible for items returned until it is confirmed delivered by the shipping company.
**Shipping cost is real time and cost can change without notice.

For Canadian buyers, delivery may require additional 7-14 business days depending on the shipping company, which we have no control over.
Our package processing and delivery times may range from 3 to 15 business days, depending on location, availability of stock, and shipping company logistics, therefore GraceMd Mastectomy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping company.
USA & International: Shipping rates on this site, does not apply to USA and Other Countries. Request a shipping quote to any destination outside Canada.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that product they purchased is allowed in their Country. Once we ship and send tracking to buyer, we are no longer responsibility for the order, since it has left our store.
Sold out or out of stock items may not be available for shipment and we will notify you with options to substitute or refund the original amount paid for the item(s). At the discretion of the store based on the condition of returned item(s), we reserve the right to withhold a restocking fee.
Shipping cost may apply to special order items that are sold online only, even if buyer decides to buy it in- store. We reserve the right to amend our shipping terms, policy and shipping rates at any time without notice.
