SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

  • RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY GraceMd accepts requests for returns or exchanges on eligible items within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • AUTHORIZATION: All returns must be pre-authorized via email. Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued, items must be shipped back to us within 5 Calendar Days.

  • MANUFACTURER DEFECT OR SHIPPING ERROR: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, return shipping is free of charge (via prepaid label or reimbursement). In these cases, no restocking fees will apply. We will provide a replacement of the same style or an item of equal value.

  • CUSTOMER-INITIATED RETURNS: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, or no longer wanted), the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RESTOCKING FEES (CUSTOMER-INITIATED ONLY):

  • STANDARD RETURN/EXCHANGE: A 30% restocking fee applies to authorized returns.

  • DISCRETIONARY RETURN: If a return is requested because the product is no longer wanted, a 35% restocking fee plus original shipping costs will be deducted. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit or a refund at the sole discretion of GraceMd.

  • REFUSED DELIVERIES: If a buyer rejects a package at delivery without prior authorization, a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping and handling charges will be applied to the paid amount.

  1. FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS To maintain the highest hygienic standards and comply with public health regulations for intimate apparel, the following products are considered Final Sale. These items are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund unless a manufacturer defect is verified:

  • INTIMATE APPAREL: All panties, swimwear, and adhesive accessories.

  • BREAST PROSTHESES: Silicone breast forms, as well as foam or fiber breast forms, cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

  • POST-SURGICAL CARE: Due to medical safety concerns, all after-mastectomy bras, post-surgical bras, and pocketed bras are non-returnable.

  • MEDICAL ACCESSORIES: This includes all adhesive prostheses, specialized headwear, and socks.

  • PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any items purchased on sale, during clearance events, or as part of a promotion are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • STANDARD CANCELLATIONS: Once a payment has been processed by a third party, orders cannot be canceled unless a processing error is mutually agreed upon. If a cancellation is granted, the buyer is responsible for a 3.5% payment gateway fee.

  • OUT-OF-STOCK CANCELLATIONS: If GraceMd cancels an order due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued with no processing fees.

  1. SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

  • TRANSFER OF RISK: GraceMd liability for the condition of goods ceases once the package is accepted by the carrier. Responsibility for loss or damage in transit lies with the shipping provider.

  • RETURN TRANSIT: The buyer assumes all risk for return shipments until delivery to GraceMd is confirmed by the carrier.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Rates listed on this site apply to Canada only. International buyers must request a custom shipping quote. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products comply with local import laws.

  1. DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • PROCESSING TIME: Typically 3 to 15 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • CANADIAN TRANSIT: Estimated 7 to 14 business days post-processing.

  • EXCHANGE TURNAROUND: Please allow approximately four weeks to receive an exchanged item (includes transit to GraceMd, 3 to 5 days for processing, and return transit).

NOTICE: GraceMd reserves the right to amend shipping rates, restocking fees, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
